  8. Everyone knows that whole milk contains more fat than skimmed milk, in reality 8g more per glass.
  9. You can substitute oil with yoghurt for doing baked goodies.  Your muffins and brownies will take much better, be more nutritious have less fat.
  10. Instead of using one whole egg, use two egg whites.
